This week was Chinese labor day and we got another holiday. We went on tour and saw the Venice of the East. It was such fun, relaxing and great friends.

I am Eileen Meiners' granddaughter Natalie Gibb. My husband and I are coming to live in Beijing soon because he has an internship there. I was wondering if you have any tips or things we should know about coming there. Also, if you have any advice for getting an English teaching job, that would be great. I have a secondary teaching certificate in case they need a "professor" besides having an English teacher. Katie and I even studied a beginning Mandarin course together back in 1979 or 80. Bu yao. Wu shi mei guo ren, ni ne? Wo du shi wo du, ni du shi wo du. Zai jient.
